(A) There is hereby is created as part of the General Fund, a special library fund to be known as Botkins Book Fund.
(B) There is further created an advisory committee whose purpose shall be to recommend the expenditures of moneys in the Fund for the purchase of books for the Botkins Public Library.
(C) The members of such advisory committee shall be the same members who are appointed and served on the advisory committee of the Botkins Public Library.
