§ 35.54 FEMA WINDSTORM FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a FEMA Windstorm Fund for the purposes of receiving FEMA funds.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to take any actions necessary to effectuate the purpose of this section.
