§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to § 35.18 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day’s continued violation is a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 35.23 or 35.24 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
