§ 35.58 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a Continuing Professional Training Fund for the purpose of receiving funds.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to take any actions necessary to effectuate the purpose of this section.
