§ 35.55 DRUG ABUSE RECEIPT FUND.
   The Village Council hereby establishes a Drug Abuse Receipt Fund into which all monies received by the Fiscal Officer shall be deposited and from which all monies disbursed for the purpose of drug prevention shall be accounted.
