   1117.03  PARKING FACILITIES.
   (a)   Indoor parking facilities shall be provided at the rate of space for at least one (1) automobile for each family unit.
   (b)   Exterior off-street parking space shall be provided at the rate of space for at least one (1) automobile for each family unit.
