It is unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee to sell, give, deliver or serve any alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years or to any intoxicated person, except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1.
