2-1-19: APPROVAL OF SALES:
Every licensee operating under the provisions of this chapter shall so conduct his licensed premises that every sale of alcoholic beverages is approved on behalf of the licensee by an adult competent person so designated by the licensee. (Ord. 06-87, 11-2-1987)
