2-1-10: CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES:
Licenses to sell alcoholic liquor at retail shall be of the following classes:
   A.   Class A: A class A license shall entitle the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor, at retail, for consumption either on the premises by the drink or off the premises where sold in the original package. The annual fee for such license shall be as set by the city council.
   B.   Class B: A class B license shall entitle the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor, in the original package only, for consumption off the premises, but shall not authorize consumption on the premises. The annual fee for such license shall be as set by the city council. (Ord. 06-87, 11-2-1987)
   C.   Class C: A class C license shall entitle the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises in the city on the property formerly known as the Athenian Park (in a location designated in advance by the local liquor control commissioner); further, the class C license shall only entitle the licensee to sell said alcoholic liquor for not more than forty eight (48) hours and only at organized events which are fully described in the application for the license. No alcoholic liquor sales shall be made prior to the licensee providing proof to the local liquor control commissioner of adequate applicable insurance for each event.
