2-1-30: DUTIES OF CITY CLERK:
The city clerk shall receive all license applications and shall issue all licenses when directed to do so by the local liquor control commissioner, and perform such other duties and functions as are assigned by the commissioner. (Ord. 06-87, 11-2-1987)
