§ 6-6-5 MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION GOALS.

   (A)   The city sets an overall Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Participation Goal of 10% of total public monies expended by the city for purchases of goods and services for fiscal year 1988 and subsequent years.

   (B)   The city sets a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 15% and a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Goal of 3% for U.S. Department of Transportation Funds for purchase of goods and services for fiscal year 1988 and subsequent years.
