§ 14-5-1-6 BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD; FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

The areas of special flood hazard are identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the current scientific and engineering report entitled “The Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico” dated November 4, 2016, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), dated November 4, 2016, and any revisions thereto are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of §§ 14-5-1-1 et seq.
