For the purpose of § 10-1-3-1 ROA 1994, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION.
An organized group of people or other legal entities who own or occupy real property within a specified subarea of the city as defined by § 14-8-2-3 ROA 1994.
RESIDENT.
Any person who resides within the municipal limits of the City of Albuquerque.
