§ 9-4-3-4 AUTHORITY AND CONTROL OVER THE CORPS.
   The Chief of the Fire Reserve Corps, under the direction of the Fire Chief and subject to the restrictions and limitations contained in §§ 9-4-3-1 et seq., shall have complete authority and control over the Fire Reserve Corps. The Chief of the Fire Reserve Corps shall establish rules and regulations governing the Fire Reserve Corps. These rules and regulations shall provide for the maintenance of discipline and the assignment of each member to perform firefighting duties.
