§ 9-4-3-2 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of §§ 9-4-3-1 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MEMBER. A person who has been appointed and sworn into the Fire Reserve Corps by the Fire Chief.
   TRAINEE. A person who has been accepted into training to qualify to become a member of the Fire Reserve Corps.
