§ 9-1-2-2 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of §§ 9-1-2-1 et seq. shall be to:
   (A)   Protect and preserve the public safety, health and general welfare of the citizens of Albuquerque; and
   (B)   Assist local law enforcement agencies in their efforts to circumvent and apprehend individuals engaged in the manufacturing of illegal drugs.
