(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 8-1-3-99(A).
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 8-6-27 shall be subject to:
(1) A fine of not more than $25 for the first violation;
(2) $50 for the second violation;
(3) $100 for the third and subsequent violations.
