(A) Oncoming Motorist. It shall be unlawful for a driver of a vehicle to drive at times specified in § 8-6-8 with lighted headlamps or spotlights having a distribution of lights or composite beam so aimed or directed as to project glaring rays of light into the eyes of any oncoming motorist when such vehicle is within 500 feet.
(B) Overtaken Vehicle. Whenever a driver overtakes another vehicle proceeding in the same direction and within 200 feet, such driver shall use a distribution of light or composite beam so aimed that the glaring rays are not projected through the rear window of the overtaken vehicle.
