(A) No person shall operate a vehicle which by virtue of weight, design, or operation, is slow moving during peak hours of traffic on any street designated by the Mayor pursuant to § 8-1-2-7.
(B) Any vehicle required to display a slow moving vehicle emblem under state statute shall be presumed to be a slow moving vehicle by virtue of weight, design, or operation.
