§ 91.022 RESTRICTIONS ON PRIVATE COLLECTORS OTHER THAN CONTRACT COLLECTORS.
   During the term of any contract for the collection of garbage or trash by a contract collector, private scavengers, pushcart operators, and private garbage collectors other than the designated contract collector or collectors are hereby prohibited from engaging in the business of transporting or disposing of raw or prepared garbage and wastes containing organic waste, putrid, and waste or excreta subject to putrefaction.

§ 91.023 GARBAGE RECEPTACLES FOR USE WHEN COLLECTION MADE BY CONTRACT COLLECTOR.
   Every person from whose premises garbage is collected by a contract collector shall comply with the provisions of this chapter with respect thereto, and shall provide a suitable garbage can or receptacle to be approved by the contract collector in which such garbage shall be deposited as it, from time to time, is made or produced. Such receptacle or garbage can shall be constructed of metal and have a tight-fitting lid.

§ 91.024 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Common Council may make rules and regulations not inconsistent with state law, the city Charters, this code, or other ordinance, and not in conflict with any contract by and between the city and any contract collector which may be in effect, providing for the manner in which refuse shall be stored and set out for collection; the manner in which collections shall be made and a schedule of days and hours for collection; specifications for garbage and trash receptacles and the placement thereof for collection purposes; waste matter which shall not be subject to collection; a schedule of fees to be charged by the city for collection services, either to cover the costs of collection by the city or to meet all or any part of the contract price for collection by a contract collector; and any subject incidental to the collection and disposal of refuse.

CITY DUMP
§ 91.035 REGULATION OF PERSONS; AUTHORITY OF CUSTODIAN.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon the premises of the city dump at any time while such premises are closed to the public, except by authority of the custodian of the dump or the Mayor. Persons using the dump shall comply with the directives of the custodian relating to the disposal of refuse, and shall leave the premises promptly upon making their deposits. All provisions of this code and other ordinances of the city shall be applicable upon the premises of the city dump and the rights-of-way for ingress thereto and egress therefrom. The custodian of the city dump shall have such powers of a police officer of the city as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of this code upon the premises of the city dump and the rights-of-way above mentioned.

TREE REGULATIONS
§ 91.050 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARK TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation in public parks having individual names, and all areas owned by the City of Weston, or to which the public has free access as a park.
   STREET TREES. As trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation upon or along any sidewalk or street in the City of Weston.
