147.24 COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY.

Pursuant to Resolution 1995-51, passed December 18, 1995, the City has enacted an alcohol and drug test policy pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. Copies are on file at the Municipal Building.
