All full time employees of the City shall receive additional longevity pay as follows:
(a) After ten years of full time employment with the City: $0.15 per hour.
(b) After twenty years of full time employment with the City: $0.25 per hour.
(c) Longevity pay shall not be considered in determining retirement pay pursuant to Section 147.03
(t).
