139.01 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The Fire Chief is hereby authorized to draft and adopt rules and regulations for the operation of the Fire Department and for its members which are not in conflict with ordinances of the Municipality, laws of the State of Ohio or the United States of America, which shall be officially entitled “Fire Services Manual”.

139.02 MEMBERSHIP.

   The Fire Department shall consist of not less than twenty or more than fifty members.
