SEC. 204.   SIGNALS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
204.   SIGNALS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.When a vehicle is equipped with a directional signal device, such device shall at all times be maintained in good working condition. No directional signal device shall project a glaring or dazzling light. All directional signal devices shall be self- illuminated when in use while other lamps on the vehicle are lighted. [Ref. SEC. 205.   AUTHORITY TO PLACE RESTRICTED TURN SIGNS.
205.   AUTHORITY TO PLACE RESTRICTED TURN SIGNS.The Traffic Operations Department is hereby authorized to determine those intersections, as traffic conditions require, at which the drivers of vehicles shall not make a right or left turn. The making of such turns may be prohibited between certain hours of any day and at other hours, in which event the same shall be plainly indicated on signs. (Ord. #3256, 1/17/83; '91 Rev.)
SEC. 206.   OBEDIENCE TO NO-TURN SIGNS.
206.   OBEDIENCE TO NO-TURN SIGNS.Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating that no right or left turn is permitted, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions of any such signs.
SEC. 207.   "U" TURNS.
207.   U TURNS.It shall be unlawful for a driver to make a "U" turn except at an intersection, provided however, that "U" turns are prohibited at intersections within the business district and at intersections where there are automatic traffic signals, unless otherwise posted.
