(A) There is hereby established a Municipal Violations Bureau for the town pursuant to the provisions of IC 33-6-3-1.
(B) The Town Clerk- Treasurer from time to time is hereby appointed as that Bureau's Violations Clerk and as administrator to act with regard to ordinance violations cases as provided by the applicable law.
(C) The following schedule of code provisions of the town are subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk of the town. Also, the penalties to be assessed a violator who elects to admit a violation are set out in this schedule.

Each code/ordinance provision not specified above, whether adopted before or after this schedule, which applicable law permits to be processed through a municipal violations bureau, and for which the maximum civil penalty permitted by law does not exceed $200. | The amount of the maximum civil penalty which may be imposed for a violation of that provision, or $25, whichever is greater. |
In no case shall any such penalty so administered exceed the amount of $100 as prescribed under IC 33-6-3-1, said Indiana State Statute revision effective July 1, 1998.
