(A) Any applicant for a permit to excavate in any street as provided in this chapter shall pay a nonrefundable permit fee of $100 into the town's Motor Vehicle Highway Fund.
(B) Additionally, in all circumstances where applicant is not under bond approved by the town as sufficient to restore the street as provided herein, that applicant shall place an additional $100 as a deposit with the Clerk-Treasurer before that permit shall issue.
(C) An applicant for a permit under this section shall notify the Town Superintendent and Marshal of the time of the excavation prior to commencing, and promptly upon the street being restored and ready for travel shall again notify that Superintendent and Marshal of that restoration and readiness.
