§ 53.20  CONNECTING BUILDING SEWER TO PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
   Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of § 53.06 above, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with all recommendations of the State Board of Health.
