§ 93.04  ATTACHMENT OF AERIALS, ANTENNAE, OR RADIO SYSTEMS TO ELECTRIC LIGHT POLES OR CROSSARMS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to attach or to permit to remain attached any aerial or antenna of a radio system, or any other wire or thing whatever to any pole, crossarm, or other part of the distribution system of the electric light and power plant of the town; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any employees of a telephone company when acting for their employer under an understanding with the officials of the town's electric facility.
