§ 93.19  DISPLAY OF LIGHTS AND BARRIERS DURING EXCAVATION OR OBSTRUCTION OF STREET.
   It shall be the duty of the person, firm, or corporation obtaining a permit to excavate or obstruct any street to keep red lights displayed around the excavation or obstruction at night, and to construct and maintain barriers by day to give the traveling public notice of the danger of traveling on said street.
