§ 93.18  OBSTRUCTION OF STREET DURING REMODELING OF BUILDINGS.
   (A)   Any applicant for a permit to construct, remodel, or repair a building, or to use any part of a street for the deposit of building materials, must set out a description of the building to be erected, remodeled, or repaired, its location, materials to be used, approximate time required for said improvement, and the probable cost thereof.  In no event shall a permit be granted that will unduly blockade the street, or use more than one- half of the width of the street for the deposit of building materials.  A permit shall not be granted for more than a reasonable time, having regard to the character of the improvement.
   (B)   The Fire Chief and Town Marshal shall be given notice before placing any obstruction in any street, and shall be promptly notified when such obstruction has been removed.
