Every license issued for the purpose of conducting a business or occupation and having designated thereon a particular place or location which such business or amusement so licensed is to be conducted, shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the entrance thereof and when such license has expired it shall be removed. No person named in a license required to be posted as provided in this section shall fail to comply with the provisions of this section.
