Any person found guilty of violating any of the following sections of this chapter shall be fined an amount of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for the first offense, an amount of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for the second offense, and an amount of not less than six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for the third offense and any subsequent offenses. Any person found guilty of violating any other provision of this chapter shall, for each offense, be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
