5-4-1-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT 1 :
It shall be unlawful for any person to commit disorderly conduct, as provided for in 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/26-1. (1993 Code)
   A.   Yelling, Shouting, Singing On Streets, Etc.: No person shall yell, shout, hoot, whistle or sing on the public streets, particularly between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. or at any time or place so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of persons in any office, or in any dwelling, hotel or other type of residence, or of any persons in the vicinity.
      1.   Any person who violates the provisions of this subsection A shall, for each offense, be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 3325, 2-5-2007)
