§ 90.45  FEES OR MONEY COLLECTED.
   All fees or monies collected shall be paid to the designated personnel of the Animal Shelter. Money so paid shall be transmitted to the County Auditor and donations collected shall be earmarked for use in operating the Animal Shelter.
