§ 90.47  ADOPTION APPLICATION FOR ANIMAL SHELTER ANIMALS.
   (A)   Any person choosing to adopt a cat or dog from the County Animal Shelter shall complete the application form approved and recommended by the county.
   (B)   Adoption of a shelter animal may be denied based on the information contained on the application.
