§ 90.48  FEES FOR SURRENDERING AN ANIMAL.
   (A)   Persons who surrender an animal or animals to the County Animal Shelter or to Designated Animal Shelter personnel, shall incur surrender fees as periodically established by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   The current schedule of fees is hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
