§ 90.46  ANIMAL SHELTER CONTROL.
   The physical facility known as the County Animal Shelter shall be under the administrative control of the Board of Commissioners. The Animal Control Officer and the Animal Shelter Manager shall retain all powers and duties conferred by this chapter for the detailed supervision of matters relating to animal control.
