The November 2002 amendments to this Charter shall be in effect from and after the date of their approval by the electors, except that amended Sections 3.02; 3.04; 3.05; 3.07; 4.16; 4.17; 6.02; 6.04; 7.02; 7.04; 8.01; 8.03; 8.04; 8.05; 9.01; 9.03; 10.01; 10.03; 14.01; 14.02; 15.03; 21.02; 21.06, 22.02; 22.04; 23.01; and 23.02; and repealed Sections 6.05, 6.06, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09; 7.05; 7.06; 7.07; 8.06; 8.07; 9.04; 10.04; 14.03; 14.04; and 22.05; and added Sections 3.08; 3.09; 8.04.1; 8.04.2; 8.04.3; 8.05.1; 8.05.2; and 8.05.3 shall be in effect from and after December 1, 2003.
