SECTION 6.02 APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.

The Director of Finance shall be the head of the Department of Finance. He shall be appointed by the Mayor with confirmation by a majority of Council. He may also be appointed Clerk of Council, and perform such other duties as required by Council and the Mayor.
