No official, officer, or employee of the Municipality shall directly or indirectly have a financial interest in any contract, agreement, work, purchase, or service with or for the Municipality, other than the compensation fixed by Council relative to their office or employment. No member of any board, commission, or committee of the Municipality shall directly or indirectly have a financial or familial interest in any matter before their respective board, commission, or committee.
