SECTION 23.05 NUMBER OF SIGNATURES REQUIRED ON PETITIONS.

Whenever this Charter requires or prescribes action to be taken upon the petition of a percentage of the electors of the Municipality, such percentage shall be based upon the number of votes cast for the office of Mayor at the next preceding regular Municipal election.
