SECTION 10.03 GENERAL DUTIES AND COMPENSATION OF MUNICIPAL ENGINEER.

The Municipal Engineer shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Mayor or by Council. He shall receive such compensation in the form of fees or salary, or both, as may be provided for by ordinance.
