The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven (7) electors of the Municipality none of whom shall hold other public office. One (1) elector shall be appointed to the Commission from each of the four (4) wards within the Municipality. Three (3) electors shall be appointed as at-large representatives. Appointment requires nomination by the Mayor and confirmation of the nomination by a majority of Council. Each regular appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner authorized for the original appointment.
