§ 111.035 ALCOHOL ON LIBRARY PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume, attempt to drink or consume, or have in their possession any open or unsealed alcoholic beverage in or upon any property controlled or maintained by Siouxland Libraries.
