FORM OPEN2: RECREATION OPEN SPACE
The following uses shall be a principal use when a building or premises is the primary or predominant use of any lot:
(a) Permitted. A building or premises shall be permitted to be used for the following purposes as an OPEN2 form:
(1) Public parks and public recreation areas.
(2) Recreation facility, public.
(3) Golf course.
(4) Cultural facility.
(b) Conditional uses. A building or premises may be used for the following purposes as an OPEN2 form if the conditional use permit for such use has been obtained in conformance with the below standards and requirements of §§ 160.605 et seq. (Conditional Use):
(1) Archery range.
A. Noise from such operation shall not have a detrimental effect on adjacent properties.
B. Ensure safety through limited public access provisions.
C. Must be licensed for safety by the police department.

A use shall be accessory to a building or premises that is customarily incidental and subordinate to any principal use allowed as an OPEN2 form.
(a) Accessory off-site parking.
(1) The accessory off-site parking must be within 250 feet of the application's principal use.
(2) The accessory off-site parking must be no closer than 250 feet to any DD or AD forms.
(3) If the off-site parking lot is across an arterial street, a pedestrian safety plan must be approved by the planning director.

General requirements. The maximum height and minimum lot requirements within the OPEN2 form shall be as follows:
Required Front Yard: | 15 feet. |
Required Side Yard: | 15 feet. |
Required Rear Yard: | 15 feet. |
Maximum Height: | 45 feet. |
Maximum Size: | No limit. |
Required Buffer Yard: | None. |

Minimum distance between multiple principal buildings on the same lot: 30 feet. | |

Development with an OPEN2 form shall be regulated in conformance with the applicable provisions of:
(a) § 160.480 (Fences).
(b) §§ 160.485 et seq. (Landscape and Buffer Yard).
(c) §§ 160.550 et seq. (Parking, Loading, and Stacking Regulations).
(d) §§ 160.570 et seq. (On-Premises Sign Regulations).
(e) § 160.491 (Standards for Outdoor Lighting).
