EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 990, passed April 27, 1981, authorized and directed participation by the City in the Electrical Resources Pooling Agreement with the Nebraska Municipal Power Pool as a Service Power Participant. Objectives, terms and conditions of such participation are set forth in the Electrical Resources Pooling Agreement, which is attached to original Ordinance 990.
Ordinance 1390, passed July 28, 1998, authorized and directed participation by the City in the Supplemental Agreement for Firm Power Interchange pursuant to Service Schedule J to the Electrical Resources Pooling Agreement with the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska.
Resolution 881203, passed December 20, 1988, and Resolution 930911, passed September 14, 1993, authorized the City to become a member of the Nebraska Municipal Power Pool.
Resolution 970206, passed February 18, 1997, authorized and directed participation by the City in the Alliance for Competitive Energy Agreement of the Nebraska Municipal Power Pool.
Ordinance 1374, passed February 10, 1998, authorized and directed participation by the City in the Public Alliance for Community Energy (P.A.C.E.) for acquisition and supply of energy.
Ordinance 1470, passed August 14, 2001, repealed Ordinance 990, and authorized the City to change status in the Electrical Resources Pooling Agreement to a bulk power participant.
