Effective March 1, 2020, rates and conditions for residential use are as follows:
(a) Winter Rates.
(1) Applicability. The rates provided in subsection (a)(2) of this section are applicable to residential customers for all domestic uses, excluding the use of motors of over 7.5 horsepower, for the period beginning October 1 and ending May 31.
(2) Rates.

All additional @ 0.0900
Customer Charge: Twenty dollars ($20.00) per month.
(b) Summer Rates.
(1) Applicability. The rates provided in subsection (b)(2) of this section are applicable to residential customers for all domestic uses, excluding the use of motors of over 7.5 horsepower, for the period beginning June 1 and ending September 30.
(2) Rates.

Customer Charge: Twenty dollars ($20.00) per month.
(c) Winter All Electrical Rates.
(1) Applicability. The rates provided in subsection (c)(2) of this section are applicable to residential customers who occupy the subject premises whose domestic energy usage is all electric for the period beginning October 1 and ending May 31 and whose use does not include any use of a motor over 7.5 horsepower. A requirement to qualify for this rate is an energy audit by the City staff to assure the appliances are all electrical sourced and no other fuel source is used to heat or cool.
