18.64.150: EMERGENCY DEMOLITION:
If the chief building official declares an emergency, the notification and hearing provisions of section this chapter, or its successor, shall be waived and the building official may authorize immediate demolition of any structure that meets the standards of Section 18.64.140 of this chapter or its successor. The chief building official must make an emergency declaration in writing. (Ord. 53-20, 2020)
