18.12.050: JUDICIAL REVIEW OF BOARD'S DECISIONS:
The city, or any person aggrieved by any decision of the board, may have and maintain an action for relief therefrom in a court of competent jurisdiction, provided a petition for such relief is presented to the court within thirty (30) days after the filing of such decision in the office of the board. (Ord. 67-13, 2013)
