50-2-1: PURPOSE:
This chapter facilitates Executive Branch responses to Council inquiries in a timely and consistent manner. (2019 Compilation)
50-2-2: SCOPE:
The Executive Branch will respond to inquiries from the City Council in a timely and expeditious manner. (2019 Compilation)
50-2-3: INQUIRIES TO MAYOR'S OFFICE:
City employees should refer City Council inquiries about the following matters to the Mayor's Office:
   A.   Inquiries about revenue or budget items;
   B.   Inquiries about intergovernmental relationships;
   C.   Executive/legislative relationships;
   D.   Implementation of Council priorities as established by ordinance or resolution;
   E.   Inquiries for operational data that require extensive research or preparation;
   F.   Inquiries about the status of specific projects that involve the efforts of multiple departments;
   G.   Inquiries relating to nonroutine delivery of services (those services not routinely provided upon request to any citizen, specifically designated by law or ordinance to be performed, or authorized by City policies or procedures);
   H.   Inquiries on City policies and procedures;
   I.   Inquiries about Citywide plans for specific action;
   J.   Requests for Executive Branch recommendations on required or contemplated Council actions;
   K.   Responses to all other nonroutine requests. (2019 Compilation)
